In Pionjären, we are building studio apartments and three-bedroom apartments – and everything in between. Every apartment has its own balcony or patio, and they come fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space and many apartments even have a walk-in closet. On top of that, we are building a garage in the basement, a sunny roof top terrace and even an outdoor gym.
How to book your apartment!
Did you know that the booking fee in Pionjären is set to only SEK 50 000? And that the down payment isn’t due until six months before you move into your new home? This way, you have more time to save the money you need.
Four steps - how to buy your new home
1. Express your interest here and find your home
Get familiar with the different apartments, look at floor plans and read about the building and the co-operative.
Contact the bank and apply for a loan commitment.
Once you have found your favorite apartment, it is time to sign an advance agreement and pay the advance payment of SEK 50 000. This will later be deducted from the final amount due.
2. Start designing your home
With the Nordr interior design concept you get to choose from three different design styles – free of charge. These styles influence all parts of your home.
You can also choose from a large number of add-ons – both regarding function and design – so that your new home will look exactly like you want it to.

3. Sign the occupancy agreement
The occupancy agreement is signed 3-6 months before you move into your new apartment.
Upon signing the agreement, you also pay a down payment of 10 % of the total amount due. The SEK 50 000 you have already paid is deducted here.
Four months (at the latest) before it is time to move in you will be informed of your definitive access day.
4. Time to move!
Together, we take a look at your new home and answer all your questions.
After the full payment has been made, it is time to unlock the door to your new home.
